P5 warehouse platform – 138m2

The P4 warehouse platform is a single-level structure (airport), is an optimal solution for customers who want to use the maximum height of the warehouse to store goods on pallets, shelf racks or expand other rooms. The use of appropriate profiles and steel structure elements allows the platform to be as high as possible up to 5 m and load capacity up to 1200 kg/m2.

The design of the P4 platform allows for further expansion because it consists of the following elements:

• main beam galvanized
• cross beam galvanized
• poles painted with colored epoxy paint RAL 7024
• concentrations
• platform floor made of chipboard 38 mm thick
• additional elements – stairs, gates, railings (painted in color RAL 7024/galvanized)

A feature of our P4 platform is the ease of assembly and disassembly, which allows you to move the platform to another place.

The industrial stairs are set at an angle 38° or  45° about dimensions from 1000 mm. They consist of 2 fixed rails and screw connections and anti-slip galvanized sheet metal. The structure is painted in color RAL 7024/galvanized.

All static calculations of the structure as well as the arrangement and dimensions of the shelves were made in accordance with strict and rigorous standards EN ISO 14122-3 and NF E 85-015 standards.

The structure is made of S235 steel in accordance with European standards EN 10025-2 and EN 10219-1.

We issue the Declaration of Conformity necessary for the storage of goods, required by the National Labor Inspectorate.
